I purchased a used car from 4ForWheel (Andy) in September and had a great experience. Andy was extremely responsive and patient with all my questions. He was also very accommodating when I requested a pre-purchase inspection (PPI) at my regular workshop. Even after we finalized the deal, Andy generously increased the trade-in value for my old car upon seeing its condition, just as he had promised. On the day I collected the car, I noticed a crack in the windscreen and informed Andy. Without hesitation, he offered to cover the insurance excess if I choose to replace it. A month later, I had the windscreen replaced and sent him the bill. True to his word, Andy reimbursed me for the excess I paid to my insurance company.
